I got dress pants for my 13 yr old boy at J Crew - extra small slim cut. They work, but are still kind of baggy on him because he is a string bean.

I had good luck at Macy's, online for dress clothes for my 13yo.

My relative is 6’8” and very skinny. He orders his clothes from LLBean with some sort of custom service where they make the clothes to fit his size. The whole family gives him LLBean gift cards since almost all his clothing needs to be custom made.

I had the same issue with my son. Depending on how skinny (mine was 6ft and a 28 waist) there is no way Target, and linekly not J Crew will have what you're looking for since even 'slim cut' has to be the correct size. Amazon may have 'some' stuff but it takes forever to find anything that will fit AND is good quality. You need to shop the european-type stores - Zara, Express, and H&M were our go-tos (luckily he's filled in a bit and shopping is easier.)

Amazon, and target online. Check both the boys and the mens sections.

yes, to this but it also may need to be tailored. At least that is the case for my tall-but-not-quite-as-tall very skinny 13 year old.
