If it smells fine I'd definitely eat it. Our noses (and eyes) are pretty sensitive to spoiled food for good reason. That's possibly just really a sell-by date anyway, and in any case dates on these things are always really conservative in this country.

I’ve only gotten the frozen ones but I wouldn’t worry about two days if it smells fine. Is it really an expiration? Often those are freshest by or sell by dates.

What is the death likelihood if I were to bake it and eat it today? It smells fine.
