+1 I don't think MacArthur was the best possible option to relieve overcrowding, but it was the simplest and most feasible and once they decided on it they should have carried through promptly. Now we have another year of seeing who can present as the most aggrieved - Lafayette/Shepherd parents or Glover Park parents. Should be fun.

So what’s the alternative? I swear all the council is good at is obstruction.
