+1. My grandmother had her last baby at 46, but she’d had a few kids by then. First baby naturally at 45? Possible but not probable.
It's all genetics, so who knows. A friend got married at 40 and proceeded to have three children between then and age 45. Fertile genes!

They've miscarried so many times and its just been such a rough journey. Uterine fibroids, polyps (removed) and on and on. Around her 45th birthday, they decided to look for other ways to add to their family and now, she's pregnant, the old fashioned way! Just hit 23 weeks and all is going smoothly and I'm just over the moon for them. She'll be 46 when the baby is born. Thought I'd share here, in case its helpful for anyone!
