This is what I do (savory, not always Indian) except I usually go really simple and just add mint and lemon or something.
I also love adding brown sugar and cream, and I used to add sugar and cocoa powder but I did it so much it got old.
Actually these days I usually just buy individual flavored ones from Siggis or Fage. I feel guilty about the environmental impact so when things get less hectic in life I’ll go back to flavoring my own.
