Well, to be fair- the top top teams have the top top talent.
An average player will get an offer on the team they would best fit on.
There shouldnt be a bad stigma about this- the "average" players will be on a team with other "average" players- and will play in a league that would best suit them with comparable talent. Most players would rather be on a a team where theyll excel and get playing time than being #19 or 20 on the top team and not dressing for games.
And this isnt a Bethesda specific system- to imply the other ECNL clubs (or GAL) in the area dont do the same thing is comical.
