We eat dinner around 4. My kid is starving after school and the activities she does start at 530 or 6. We do a snack after the activity. Tonight we’re watching Survivor and eating chips/queso for our snack. She’s got it planned already ( she’s 9)

Crunchy apple with peanut butter (making sure I limit myself to 2 Tablespoons of peanut butter)

Ideally, a piece of fruit and a cheese stick.

In reality, it’s often pretzels with peanut butter, bag of chips, or some chocolate.

and dinner won't be for 2-3 hours? I feel like this has been happening to me a lot lately.
