It is the only way the Dems think they can hold their majority in the midterms.

But, it will not work. The American people can see through their tactics.

It isnt fear mongering when republicans talk about it all the time. when people show you who they are, believe it

They've been talking about canceling Roe v Wade for awhile, now I believe them. PP you don't want people questioning if you're going after them here's a thought...don't go after them.

So all gay marriages outlawed in July 2022. Got it. I wonder if this will incentivize a large Republican turnout for the midterms or embarrass them enough to stay home?

They're going after everything. And ain't nobody gonna stop it. 77,000 Trump votes in strategic states cooked this country.

A few states will try it and the current Supreme Court will not stop them.

Makes sense all the in-the-closet GOP Republicans hate it anyway.

Yes, even though you are a white male, Ya’ll Qaida hates you and wants you punished. Your gay marriages are as good as done. You’re not safe because you’re a dude.

For people from Charlotte to reference the Bible, many sure haven't read it because all of his crap is in there and deeply rooted

Well it’s not “deeply rooted in history” so apparently it’s fair game.

Of course they will. They just need to get the case in front of them. Once they overturn Roe, red states will be falling all over themselves to pass laws banning gay marriage in the hopes of being the one that gets their name on the decision overturning Obergefell.

I was one who said before that there was no way they were going after gay marriage - and now I don't believe that. I think they will be going after Obergefell, and probably birth control and even Lawrence v. Texas.

I would say anything that touches on a person's privacy, a penumbra of Constitutional rights, and that is part of the Republicans' disgusting culture war - now, or whatever the eff they come up with next - is at risk.

I'm seeing a lot of concern about gay marriage once more being outlawed. What's it been - 5 years?
