I am pretty sure they need a special probe for translocations and they are not typically caught by PGT-A. Have you and your partner been tested for them? I think that would be the first step.

When you did PGS testing they had to have had you discuss these issues with a genetic counselor. Can you get your nurse to get you in touch with those people again? PGS is not foolproof.
