+1 An $850,000 SFH in a popular area will automatically be hot, because every other $850,000 SFH in that zip code over the past two years has gone under contract in less than 10 days. Not hard.

everything doesnt. but almost all list on wed/thurs sell by mon/tues type properties trigger that algorithm.
