My DS is ALWAYS the kid with the dirty face and filthy clothes!! He’s bathed every day and always in fresh clothes but I’m not that concerned with wiping his face every ten seconds.

My daughter was always the one with crazy, messy hair at pickup every day. I swear--it was brushed, neat, often tied back every morning at drop-off. The other little girls all looked neat still and her hair was falling out of pigtails, sticking up, etc.

She's almost 11 now and she's still the kid covered in grass stains and ripping her clothes on trees, etc. I like that she still wants to run around and play!

My 19 month old always gets dirtier than the other toddlers too. It could be the sunscreen (Baby Bum) but she’s also a drooler. She also gets a daily bath and hair washing.

At my son’s preschool, the parents line up and the teachers bring the kids out one at a time. My kid is always the dirtiest one - the one covered in paint or mud. I’ve adapted the adage “if you didn’t get dirty - you didn’t have fun”.

Why do my kids faces get dirtier than other kids? This happens all the time.

Everyone from DS’s preschool class met at the park after school yesterday including younger siblings. My 19 month old was in the sand pit and her face is crusted with sand while the other toddlers look fine. My son runs over and his face and clothes are equally dirty! What gives? My kids get a good shower every night including a hair washing.

Could our sunscreen be attracting dirt?
