You might want to try searching Audible for particular narrators you've enjoyed. Julia Whelen is one of my favorites. I liked Cleo McDougal Regrets Nothing (a little like Where'd You Go Bernadette, but not quite as zany).
Daisy Jones and the Six is also excellent on audio, and Julia Whelen is one of the readers. But it flips back and forth between different characters' perspectives, which might be a little tricky if you're sleep deprived. Same with Malibu Rising, which toggles between present and past. But also good on audio. Good luck and get well soon!
I LOVED the audible version of Daisy Jones and the Six. It was available at the library.
