We used to board him, but he developed some anxieties to other dogs, so now will need more individual care. Is it reasonable to expect a dog sitter (through Rover or other means) to be at our house most of the day? We'd be open to their house, too, but it seems most already own dogs which in many cases won't go well. I'm ok with crating for part of the day, I just hate the thought of him crated often. (Yes, we are working on anxiety and destructive tendencies. Dog is a 'teenager'.)
What breed?
Mixed breed rescue, medium sized, not pitt. He is very good/sweet with people.
