Whole grain bagel with PB….. oatmeal etc. All of u can eat the same thing at the same time with minimal variations.
oh dear lord, I'm not interested in changing what my kids eat, one of whom has sensory issues, underweight, uses Cheerios for iron, and is followed by a pediatric nutritionist who is on board with what he eats. Kids eat PB or sunbutter for lunch quite often and often have eggs for dinner instead of breakfast, and an abundance of fruits and veggies moreso than other kids, so I'm fine with what they eat for breakfast.
Just looking for options for myself. Mornings are hectic and looking for fast options. Hard boiled eggs was great, I can start doing that on weekends, a handful of nuts is great, thank you to the person who suggested that.

Can you mix up some avocado toast for you and the kids on wholegrain bread? It's one of our family favorites and we eat the same thing, so issue there.
