"Going slow" meaning not speeding as fast as you'd prefer , I'm guessing.


Yes, of course. It's all relative - "slower traffic keep right" - have you truly never heard this phrase? And if you are impeding the flow of the road by going slow in the left lane, that makes *you* the unsafe driver.

I left work at 4pm (I start early) traveling from Nationals Park to Arlington. 395 was an abomination. Google Maps directed to leave the freeway and drive surface streets to Constitution and I66.

Was there an accident? Or is this the new reality of back to office and no one wants to metro???
