Not OP but in a similar boat. On cycle 7 and really feeling down...feeling like it just ain't gonna happen. I currently use ovulation strips but I am starting to feel like they are just making it harder and feeding my anxiety. I think I am going to try and shift my mentality/lifestyle and just live my life, and hopefully I will eventually get pregnant. I am not quite ready to go to a fertility doctor but eventually when it feels like the time, I'll go.
So thank you for writing this. I want to get to this point.
