In NoVa, I suspect not. There are more Mizrachim in Rockville/Kemp Mill. There is an event at the Smithsonian. But, Minmouna is deliberately a home based celebration. There are many traditional sweets, we usually make bagrir with honey and lots of tea. https://shindc.org/shinsbn/mimouna2021/

We are Ashkenazi but learned about Mimouna this year. (It’s a Moroccan holiday with lots of delicious-looking bready foods to celebrate the end of Passover).

Does anywhere in Nova have these foods? My kids have a book about some really tasty looking pancakes that I’d love to try!
