I don’t understand what you mean. I have lost 25 pounds and did not eliminate any carbs and still eat pasta, bread, desserts in moderation as well as plenty complex carbs. But my body has no problem processing carbs since I’m not insulin resistant or diabetic.

Op here. Thanks for this response. I suppose I could try. Do you have any suggestions other than avocados and nuts? I can keep eating those and makes no dent in my hunger.
Eggs, full fat yogurt, olive oil, salmon and other fatty fish. But do this in conjunction with decreasing your processed carbs.
