Subject: Tell me about your work crush
He’s 50, tall, good looking and fit. He’s a great people leader and seems to be adept balancing the interpersonal stuff with his objectives - his employees rave about him. He’s also very well-endowed. I know this because I actually have a bit more than a crush on him. We’re married and we have periodic nooners between meetings.
I did have to report him to HR (our dog) last week when he ate the leftovers thereby creating a hostile work environment.

About 10 years younger, super smart; wears tight (but appropriate) suits, sometimes with a tank top underneath that gives just a bare hint of cleavage. Smooth, olive skin and killer smile.

Aw, that's sweet. I agree, seeing DH "at work" from home was definitely a turn on. We don't work at the same place so I never get to see it otherwise.

The "appropriate flirtation" is a survival skill.
If you're the team or organizational leader, she doesn't "work for you." You manage the work of the team. Leadership is a service.
