I failed the Amazon interview twice for a SWE position and now work for a different FAANG company with 2 promos under my belt. I wouldn't sweat it. Pretty sure it was the leadership principles that I screwed up on since their coding problems weren't very difficult.

They don't provide feedback. Good job though, even though you didn't get this role you must have done pretty well to be going right back into the database. If there were significant concerns, they wouldn't let you apply to anything else for awhile.

OP don't sweat it. You probably dodged a bullet with Amazon. I am an executive recruiter for a mid size firm. I know several qualified folks that have failed the amazon interview process and have done extremely well with our company.
