Fame insulates you from feeling lonely, because you probably already have a staff including people you like to spend time with, and people will always want to be around you and be loyal to you...and date you.
I am sure my husband and I would have been long divorced if we were mega rich. Not saying I think that would have been good or I wish that happened -- I love him and want to be married to him! -- but I am SURE during rougher times we'd have called it quits if we were rich and famous.
The “business” rich, for lack of a better world, don’t seem to divorce as much as public figures do.

You don't suffer financially -- you probably have prenup or you're so rich that splitting assets doesn't result in a change in lifestyle. You have multiple homes so no big deal getting another house. You have nannies and staff to take care of kids so no childcare repercussions. Probably more people would get divorced if not for financial and childcare repercussions.
Add to that the stereotypical Hollywood personality -- somewhat narcissistic and emotional. Not exactly the most stable people in that industry.

Creatives also often suffer from depression and other mental health issues.
