When I was single and dating this is what I would do:

Hair and makeup every day
Shave and wax until I got full body laser hair removal
Wear heels and feminine flirty dresses and short skirts
Hair styles in soft loose waves
Smile and happy disposition

If I liked a guy I’d go up to him and flirt.

I'm assuming you don't ask guys out. Other than make up and clothes do you do anything to let a guy know you're interested in him.

Women get dolled up for other women, not men generally. That any of it gets mens’ attentions is an unintended and depending on the guy unwanted or welcomed consequence.

I have always gotten attention by being involved in the things I'm involved in and meeting people who are like minded.
