For the compounded medication I buy I found Wedgewood was actually $15 cheaper than 1800petmeds, but unlike 1800petmeds they doesn't offer points towards rewards or the occasional coupons. Getting a $90 medication 25% off occasionally was nice.

It was the same price but they made me pay for shipping and that set it up an extra $10. Chewy was free shipping since I bought food too. - PP

Costco may sell some pet medications, but they are NOT a compounding pharmacy.

This turned into a great roundup of resources! OP, glad to hear Wedgwood is still in business. I used them for compounding a rare drug looooong ago and they were always reliable. Thanks to everybody for the other resources.

I know Foer's does compounding for pets locally, but I'm not sure they do the full range of pet meds.

OP here -My vet recommended Wedgewood pet pharmacy and MedsforVets.

Knowles Apothecary in Kensington does compounding for my cat’s meds. I like them, but they’re not open weekends.

They recently removed a number of their compounded medication offerings. I just found out trying to refill my dogs rx after getting it there for years and had to find a new pharmacy.
