For the compounded medication I buy I found Wedgewood was actually $15 cheaper than 1800petmeds, but unlike 1800petmeds they doesn't offer points towards rewards or the occasional coupons. Getting a $90 medication 25% off occasionally was nice.

I know Foer's does compounding for pets locally, but I'm not sure they do the full range of pet meds.
