That is so 2020.

Now, unless you test positive or are sick- you are expected to be at work

Nope, not at my kids school or work.

Many many employers (including all hospitals) and schools are not enforcing this any longer. Unless you are sick or positive, you may go to school and work, per the CDC if you are vaccinated

I would be required to leave the office if my spouse had tested positive for COVID; obviously, it's up to me to enforce that as no one else would necessarily know.

Personally, I would head home out of courtesy for my coworkers.

Yes. I think he should be home taking care of the kids.

depends on mom's symptoms and if kids are old enough to distance. Also whether dad has job where he can mask or distance.

I would only expect him to stay home if I was too sick to care for kids. I wouldn’t bother trying to isolate from kids

Yes, that’s how it would be in my office.

Depends how sick I am (if it's like a cold then I don't need help, but if I need to go to the hospital then I do) and how old the kids are. A 7 yr old can entertain themselves and get themselves food for a day. A 3 yr old can't.

No, I wouldn't expect that.

I would say it depends. If you're so sick you can't stay awake and have young children who can't go unsupervised, of course. If it's more a matter of not feeling good but the kid(s) can just be put in front of a screen while you rest nearby, then probably not.

Is mom sick? Why would he need to come home? Is everyone vaccinated?

If mom was home with Covid negative kids?

Dh is supposed to work from home tomorrow. He is at work now and doesn’t plan to leave early.

My child is on an iPad in another room right now.
