We have a big group so this may not be helpful. We're also doing leg of lamb with garlic and rosemary. The other items: poached side of salmon served warm, grilled asparagus, grilled beets, oven-roasted fingerling potatoes, couscous with golden raisins, Ina's Brussel sprouts (third time since Thanksgiving, people love them), mac and cheese (little kids), green salad, relish tray, rolls, sweet potato biscuits and rosemary biscuits, Watergate salad (supposedly for the little kids but really for me).
I was debating Boursin potatoes before deciding on the fingerling potatoes. The fingerlings are just so much easier because I don't have to cut potatoes on the mandolin.
I'm undecided about dessert and may punt to my sister. We do this all in a buffet.
The PP's key lime pie sounds wonderful.
