And they have this relaxation lounge that is incredible. You can get the fluffy robe experience, validated parking, first class treatment without the same expense as one of the higher end spas in DC. It’s more expensive than massage envy, but well worth it in my opinion.

NP - but I live close to CP and I never knew there was a spa at that hotel. Looks fantastic!

Is this the former Elizabeth Arden that opened in CP but then the chain went out of business?

There are also nice spas at Mandarin Oriental and Trump International. For a 60-minute massage at these places, you are looking at ~$200 per person.

There are definitely less expensive places for $100-150 per person that feel less “luxe” but get the job done. I’ve had good experiences at Unwind in Georgetown and Origins Thai Spa in Arlington.

I am this poster and just wanted to agree with the PP that most of these places will have a minimum 50-minute massage. 30 minutes would be VERY fast.

That’s a short massage. Most are 50 minutes min. You don’t want to go to a place that charges by the minute. What area are you looking?

My DD desperately wants a massage for her 17th bday. I would as well. She has back issues and is hoping they can work on that. I have no issues but would love a relaxing massage. I don’t want to take my daughter to anyplace seedy. Anyone have a suggestion? Would love to know what the cost is for something like this, the proper cost for a good 30-45 min massage.
