The problem is the latter can turn into the former...

Is there a newish (last 2-3 years) initiative from the Montgomery County police to publicize missing people? Mostly they are young women and a few days later they are found. But the latest ones from this weekend worried me. Two teens went missing from the 50th block of University Boulevard, close to Blair. The police never give details, and I’m asking them to, but with two missing girls from the same school around the same date it would be useful to know if the general public should be worried or if these are isolated cases. I’m concerned about gangs or human trafficking vs. runaways. I’m not sure what the appropriate forum for this topic is.
