I just went to the website... you don't have to click either of those boxes. Just click the plus sign next to the type of ticket you want and click Continue.

Are these available to non-members? Went to the site to reserve tickets for next weekend, only to see two options, one for members and one for local residents (CT, NY, NJ residents) and corporate members.
