So much dark red wood. SO MUCH.

But, it's a terrific house. I don't love the kitchen layout (that island is terrible) but really, I am only pretending it matters because I could only afford that house if it was $1M cheaper

The outside is really gorgeous.

$402 per sq ft in Oakton, seriously? Way overpriced. And I am not saying that because you asked. It's a warning. Bad idea.

It's on a 2 acre lot.

Gorgeous home. The only thing I don't like is the exterior color. It is most definitely not overpriced.

I don't like the vessel sinks, but the rest is nice.

I would do all of that on a smaller scale.

I could do without that stone facade in the front. The finishes are def high quality, but dated. But not so dated that you couldn't live with it as-is. Reminds me of my house in CO, circa 2008.

That house is ugly and dated, but the yard is nice.

Wow Oakton is cheaper! You can barely get a decent size newer townhome or condo in old town Alexandria for that price.

Yeah, it’s really nice. If I had older kids (for the pool) and just a ton of extra money to pay someone to maintain the yard, I’d love it.
