Are folks anxious? Are you concerned? Do you have any question as to whether your kids will be in the pool? (Meaning they could be borderline in some way?) Just curious as to whether they will be randomly selected...? Just trying to see if others have received decisions so you know yours is coming soon?

Unfortunately, that is definitely not true. Closer to the truth if your school has the ELC curriculum, though.

Interesting. My 3rd grader is at a CES school and there is zero discussion within her friend group. They don't even seem to understand that half of the 4th and 5th graders in their school are in CES.
I think this is more a function of one particular group of kids that is getting into ranking people by "popularity" and other attributes. Developmentally normal stuff in some ways, but I especially don't love the CES component. It's not what would be considered a striver neighborhood but I won't go into anymore detail. It is what it is.

Even if there is no delay, mailed this week could be mailed Friday and then mail is taking longer these days. People need to chill.

Yes I wouldn't be surprised if notices come out a couple weeks or so after their stated 'week of.' It sucks, but this is not uncommon here.
