Cast iron. Super hot. Cook in batches and let the pan reheat between.
One onion, one pepper. Toss w a small amount of salt, cumin, and Mexican oregano (I get this at Penzeys.) once cooked finish w a little lime juice.
Cook mushrooms or anything that will give off a lot of water separately.

To make fajitas sizzle, put cast iron in 550 degree oven. For flavor- season the heck out of them, lime juice, butter, Worcestershire and finish with beer.

I'm not sure about cooking method, but Penzeys has a fajita spice that I really like.

Make sure you don’t overcook the veggies. I season mine with garlic, a touch of soy sauce, cumin, and lime

Frontera makes good fajita seasoning. Comes in a pouch.

+1 and also a LOT of salt. Salt and fat are what make restaurant food taste so good.

I'm not sure if you actually need that much oil or fat. Not a deep fry, but high-medium heat so the veggies are charred but not soggy.
I would just do bell peppers and onions.

Fajita veggies are fried on very high heat, not roasted. I don't have a recipe, but try a little cumin.

Cast iron. Get that char on your vegetables.
Most restaurants don't make their own tortillas but you won't regret it if you make it at home. Better than eating out. If you're vegetarian/vegan, I sub coconut oil for the lard:

I can roast vegetables fine in my oven but I am not sure what spices to use. Even though I am a decent cook with a lot of things, I seem to find any restaurant’s fajitas better than mine.
Can you please give a good recipe for fajitas? Please include specific spices, methods, ingredients (any specific vegetables preferred) and extras (rice/beans) if you can. I am 3 year old for this recipe and I am all ears 😊
