Ceremonial grade is the best tasting. I buy the Jade Leaf packets because I don't drink it super often and the packets keep it fresh. I do froth regular milk but some say dairy cancels out some of the benefits. I really love the combination though.

I saw that at Costco. Once you put 2 teaspoons in hot water, how long do you leave it? How does it taste?


I just stir with spoon for 10 s and it’s good to go. Tastes great. I typically drink it with frothed milk or oat milk. No sweetener.

I love it blended with green tea. Kusmi Tea has some great blends. My favorite is Boost.

I saw matcha tea powder and interested in drinking matcha tea.

How do you make matcha tea from powder?

Do you use tea bags and if so recommended brands.
I know it is high in caffeine but does have health benefits.
