Kewl priorities -- perhaps if you went to workout more often, you'd suffer from less anal retention in your life. Perhaps your kids would also stop posting on the internet as 'America's children' (or perhaps they'd have a parent who was less of a boorish doofus that pretend to post on the internet as 'America's children').

I usually bike or run to/from school. Too tired in the afternoons and am not an early riser

after school. I teach a 4:30 fitness class and I don't have little kids anymore. Hubby and I have been empty nesters for 10 years and this works out great. Extra $$, I workout for free and am home in time for supper when he gets home.

After school. I work, pick up kids, exercise the dog, hang with them till 430, then they watch a show while I workout or their Dad is home and I go for a run. It’s really tiring but I already get up at 530 and it’s 1.5 straight hours of breakfast, walking dog, getting kids ready, etc. Can’t imagine adding in a workout. But maybe when my kids are older and can get themselves ready.

This is me. Try to fit in longer (4-5 mile)one walks on the weekends.

I’m a principal of an elementary school. I work-out in the gym before school. There’s just no way I’d stay consistent with anything later.

DH is a better, sexier person when he hits a yoga class after school. But it means I have to pick up the kids, start dinner, etc to make it happen.

Before school -- I got a Peloton a few years ago and it's been a game-changer. Sometimes when it's a nice day, I'll throw on my running clothes and go for a run during my lunch/prep time. I teach elementary school, so I am not as fussed if I am a little sweaty for the rest of the day. Kids don't care or notice. My principal is pretty awesome in encouraging us to take "self-care" time for walks, etc. Especially since Covid began.

Very early in the morning. I go to bed early so I can do this, about 45 minutes each day. I have my own exercise equipment in my house, so I just roll out of bed and do it as soon as I get up.

Before or after school? Do you sneak time in the middle of the day? When do you get your workout in?
