Really good alternatives that I like:

Aldi's caramel stroopwaffels with a cup of plain tea
Walker's shortbread butter cookies w/ plain black coffee or plain tea
Old fashioned Southern tea cakes
Homemade or your local bakery Madeleine's

I loved them too OP! They are great with coffee/tea and I agree I never had the urge to overeat them. Haven’t found a good substitute.

I never had them, but I love their alphabet cinnamon cookies + animal crackers. I always have one or 2 with my vitamins in the morning with tea.

I got a box of Wegman's Organic Vanilla Wafers for free one time with a coupon. They were pretty good. Not a lot in the box though, I don't think I'd pay money for them.

I thought these cookies were just great but they were discontinued a long time ago. I liked them so much but I didn’t over eat them. I used to have them with some chamomile tea in the evening and it satisfied my sweet tooth. Nila Wafers just don’t do it for me. Any fans of the Trader Joe’s version out there?
