Except that those 'randos' are walking on public streets and trails that our tax dollars pay for.

I took a walk through Kenwood tonight and they are blooming! Not at peak yet, but should be the end of the week.

It really depends on the species of cherry blossom. Some species bloom first and others come days or weeks later.

Drove by Saturday at 11am and they were nowhere close to being ready. A few white flowers on random trees, but most were still closed.

Tons of cops in the neighborhood, however.
