-chicken shawarma (yes NYT recipe but I use breasts not thighs)
-shakshuka
-veggie omelette scramble
-chickpeas + avocado
-grilled scallops
-occasionally penne with vodka sauce or penne with pesto
I think that about sums it up. I generally like healthy fairly low effort high reward meals.
