I am currently on the phone with Verizon. I am so disappointed with this watch. I would return it if my son didn't love it so much. The same thing has happened to his. "Use the charger that came with the watch" which I have been doing. Not ok. They are sending a new charger to the store for me to pick up. If this doesn't work I am returning the whole damn thing and just going to get him an apple watch. I have totally had it with the Gizmo.
