I think you need to talk to a lawyer. I don’t think he would benefit from looking into this. I am pretty sure that any issues your uncle had with this state should’ve been resolved or brought up way sooner than now. So I don’t actually think he has a case. But you may want to have a brief consult with a good estate attorney and ask. You might wanna ask in an estate litigator
