If I ate as much oatmeal and additions as you, op, I'd have a terrible stomach ache.
Holy cow PP - that is a lot of food. Are you male or female? Or are you an athlete? also how old are you?
NP and that is a normal amount of food. Stop shaming someone for being healthy. Constantly dieting and limiting yourself is bad for you mentally and physically.

I tend to measure 1/3 of a cup raw and cook that with double the amount of milk (or sometimes vanilla protein drink). Add half a cup of berries and just a few chopped walnuts/almonds.
I am NOT a small person, but that fills me up.
Raw! I measure out one cup, put in two cups of water, and cook it. 1/3 of a cup fills you up? Can I ask how much you eat for lunch or dinner? I usually have a sandwich or leftovers for lunch, and a normal dinner.

I eat a whole cup (still plus yogurt/nuts/etc) when pregnant or nursing. But also I know people who don’t do breakfast at all or just have like a cup of coffee and a granola bar so I think it’s just a different times of day different people like to eat kind of thing. As well as of course different people having different metabolisms and different metabolic needs.
To clarify: I do my oatmeal as 1/2-1 cup raw rolled oats and I cook it in water then put the yogurt/nuts/berries on afterward.
