The older two have both expressed interest in London/England, and I can picture a bunch of stuff to do with them there. The 9 yo wants to go to Paris, but I'm feeling like Paris would be more enjoyable for them in a few years.
And yes I know that COVID or worse could throw a wrench in any plans, but we want to at least consider it.
Would heavily recommend some mountains/beach/countryside time to mix things up, don't just go city to city. Kids in that age range would probably be in heaven in a Spanish/French/Italian beach town where you can get gelato a few steps from the beach.
