My favorite of hers is I've Got Your Number, followed by Can You Keep a Secret? and The Undomestic Goddess.

I loved Crazy Rich Asians too! I wasn't such a fan of Sex and Vanity, but then I didn't like the original A Room With a View either.
What about Sophie Kinsella? Her Shopaholic books are fun and she also has several good standalones. Or if you want to try something along the lines of the upper crust but set in a different time period, Georgette Heyer's novels are fun fluffy reads. Cotillion is hilarious.

Unpopular opinion, but I think that Lauren Weisberger's books are really well written. I LOVED her most recent DWP book focused on Emily, When Life Gives You Lululemons.
Where The Grass is Green And The Girls are pretty was pretty enjoyable for me as well.

We are headed away next week on our first vacation in 2 years and I'm in need of recommendations for light poolside reading, preferably something that is well-written but not sad or deep. I liked the Crazy Rich Asians trilogy and similar. Thanks!
