I am at the very low end of weight for my height (BMI of 18) but I still have a belly that’s noticeable in sheath dresses. And bikinis are out of the question. I can’t lose more weight, and I learned here that you can’t spot tone, so is there nothing I can do?
I had a flatter stomach when I was younger, but it seems impossible to get back now. Is this normal?

Is it lose skin or actual fat? If fat, lipo works too.
Flat stomach. You can definitely spot tone, you can't spot reduce. Watch any physical therapy. Extra strength gas-x. Jump rope for boxer abs. Erging for tiny abs.Anonymous wrote:Late 30s/ early 40s women who consider themselves fit, please be honest: do you have a noticeable tummy bump? Or are you able to keep a flat stomach?
