Woman here. My best friend is a guy who always had more female friends than male friends (at least after high school). He's straight and has been completely devoted to every woman he has dated. He's married now and perfectly happy. Still has mostly female friends. I think it bothered his wife at first but once she realized that most of his female friends are married and have never had a romantic interest in him, she's fine with it.

I have a couple of guy friends who mostly have female friends. We are now all in our late 30s and early 40s, and those guys make awesome husbands! (I’m a lesbian so no horse in that race). These guys seem more in touch with their feelings and my friends seem pleased with how much more their husbands do around the house (laundry, cooking, etc)

In college, these guys were often considered too boring, chubby or whatever other label people came up with and people quested their sexuality because of perceived feminine interests (a like of cooking, dislike of football, etc). As long as you like your bf and feel confident that he likes you in all ways, I wouldn’t worry about other peoples’ comments.

Again, I am VERY much a woman.

Why is okay to label majority of a gender as dramatic, non-factual and right brained? May be you have your issues making it difficult for you to connect with other women.

Yep, 100%. I have seen so many women like that PP. They're just desperately insecure and can't accept that they are either jealous of other women or carry around internalized misogyny.

What are the reasons for men to not be able to befriend other men? Same reasons as women?

LMAO. Any time a woman says she prefers befriending men because other women are "drama", I know she's a toxic mf who can't be trusted with anything.

“Would you feel concerned if the guy you are dating lives in a shared off campus apartment with 4 female classmates and 90% of his friends are females? I don’t see it as worrisome but feeling alarmed since a friend questioned it. Is it possible he is confused about his gender or sexuality? Is this a red flag?”
