Subject: Bulbs at Costco—plant now?
You have to know what kind of bulb you’re planting. A daffodil is not the same as a dahlia which is not the same as a peony even though they are all sold in similar-looking bags at Costco.

You can plant anything perennial now. Wait to plant the annuals.

The ones in the store now are for planting now. But the bag will say what kind they are and what conditions they need.

I don’t remember. I’m new to gardening. I bought some peonies but want to go back for more. I have a lot of Sun in my front yard.

I saw some bulbs at Costco. Not sure what kind. Can I plant them now and when do they come up? Are they perennial?
