You have to know what kind of bulb you’re planting. A daffodil is not the same as a dahlia which is not the same as a peony even though they are all sold in similar-looking bags at Costco.

The ones in the store now are for planting now. But the bag will say what kind they are and what conditions they need.

I don’t remember. I’m new to gardening. I bought some peonies but want to go back for more. I have a lot of Sun in my front yard.

It really depends, OP. "Bulbs" could be anything from daffodils (already growing, I assume) to lilies (yes, you can plant now) to dahlias (no, they can't go out till it's warm). Do you know what kind of plants they are?
