Of course they are great scores but the stanines are what matters. There should be a chart somewhere to tell you which stanine you are in.

So your child scored higher than 99 percent of the test takers in Reading Comp and higher than 85 percent of test takers in the math sections. 99% is the highest you can get in terms of percentile. 15 percent of students overall scored higher than your child in math.
These are very good scores.
