The last time I was at my dealership they had a Uber or Lift driver driver me to my destination. I asked the driver who was paying for the ride, he said the dealership so I didn't tip him as I've never tipped a regular shuttle driver.

If it's "complimentary" why pay? The dealerships are taking us for a "ride" anyway.

I always tip the shuttle driver a buck or two. I never tip the free-oil-change guy nor anyone else at the dealer.

No? It's actually never crossed my mind to do that. It's a complimentary service provided by your dealer, whom you know is gouging you anyway, not an Uber or a taxi cab.

Does anyone tip their oil change guy if the dealer is offering you free oil changes?

Do you need to tip the shuttle driver? Or do you consider the tip built into the bill? Do they pick you up too?
