I am envious. The Bosch was my first choice, but when they came to check out my kitchen before I ordered it, they found that the counter on one side of he range is taller than the other; since the Bosch edges over the counter, it would look weird or make the issue more obvious. I had to go with the Cafe. So bummed!
What appliance seller did you use? I’d love to find one that would check out my counter and confirm the thing I’m buying fits.

As best I understand, if you have the sizes you need w the power level you want, there isn’t a huge benefit to the induction part of high-end/professional. But you should should have a much-improved oven performance. Many of these made their mark w gas power, so if you’re going w induction, then it’s a heft price tag for the look.
In my case, I wanted 5 burners, a bridge function for a griddle, at least one at 3.7kw. Some of the other features were less compelling.

Anonymous wrote:I ordered an induction range last June and have yet to receive it. I believe there was a supply-chain issue related to the induction parts, but that may have been resolved as I am slated to receive the range this June (fingers crossed). I ordered a GE Cafe 30” range.
