It’s very windy and cold. Not everyone had a car or arctic predilection.

You don't need to plan every second with your kid.

Is she too young for an obstacle course around the house? Put all the cushions from the couch/chairs on the floor and let her jump into them. Race up and down the hallway. Do you have dried beans to spare, you can let her play with them and a measuring cup, moving them between two bowls. Check out BusyToddler on Instagram, her website has tons of activities. I was a SAHM with a toddler in an apartment so I remember trying to fill endless miserable rainy days, but it’s been a while since I had a toddler.

Make salt dough! You likely have all the ingredients at home. You can make fun ornaments, or just use it as Play-Doh. If you have any essential oils you can add that for a sensory experience.

Hide and seek
Bath or shower
put paint all over themselves or makeup then bath or shower
Sticker time, naked time, cleaning time
We had those kid knives and let them chop vegetables or apples
Give them real scissors and let them cut paper.
Give them a magic eraser to get all the marks in the house
Make a fort

What do we do all day? We have played with the same toys and books all week. No interest in going outside in slush snow mud rain so please don’t say outside.
