They do it the same way men with newborns date. Not that difficult.

Yes it is physically possible to be fertile and have sex with your lover at six weeks after the birth, but how do you find the time to go on a date with a newborn in your bed for feeding every 2 hours? How do you have the mental well-being?
Oldest baby Daphne was 94 days old when Hansen learned that she was expecting again.
She was in a new relationship at the time, and took a pregnancy test before going on birth control.
Hansen didn't expect the test to come back positive, however she soon learned she was three-weeks pregnant.
'I was in a newborn fog, and [then] there was the excitement of this new relationship,' she said. 'I was just adjusting to everything.'
