Yes, we have used that before and like it. Unfortunately, the kids are less into extended day since prepandemic (they basically had not gone in 2 years).

Fairly sure those are commuter campuses. Care.com, network with friends for referral, neighborhood listserv.

Unfortunately no - https://marymount.edu/academics/services-resources/center-for-career-development/employers/posting-a-job/

ABOUT PRIVATE IN-HOME EMPLOYERS
Marymount University cannot use Handshake to post private, in-home care opportunities such as child care/in-home care, tutoring, etc. If you are a private employer seeking to post opportunities we listed above, we encourage you to reach out to community listservs, public job boards, and/or community organizations to circulate these opportunities.

I know at my uinversity, there was a place where off campus employers could post job listings--I knew several people that found babysitting jobs that way.
Maybe call Marymount and see if they have something like this?

Anyone have any tips to find college students to help with kids afterschool in Arlington? I'm not sure how to connect with Marymount students. I think they would location wise work the best. I'm open to George Mason or other students too.
